Write a letter

You can use white paper and then write by hand why you are angry and what bothers you. You can explain your feelings and the conflicts you face by going through the letter in the envelope.

After some time, the letter tears, or you can keep it as well. This writing exercise is potential, and it helps to keep the emotional balance. 

Write for reconstructing a memory

You can also write to reconstruct your memories. You can write about your childhood memories or even adolescence memories. You can write about your story to bring more positive vibes.

You can use a blank sheet of paper and then register by hand the first thing which comes to your mind, without erasing the thoughts and without the feeling of shame and embarrassment.

It will help if you put your ideas into words. Now use another sheet of white paper and then write how you would like to feel and what you want from your life and loved ones.

You can also write like you would like the situation to be at that moment. Now compare both sheets of white paper and then shred or crumble the first one. You don’t need to slice the second sheet. 

Write a gratitude list 

Writing a gratitude journal provides several benefits for both physical and mental health. If you want to bring inner peace, you can consider the writing in the journal or the gratitude list.

This will help you to feel much better and more abundant as well. We all know that writing requires lots of focus and attention, which drag the mind of people from negative to positive sides. In this way, writing therapy ensures keeping the balance emotionally and mentally.

Please make a list of gratitude and then mention it on the paper. This will help you to gain mental peace, and you will become happier as well.
