No institution can work by the employment of a single leader and requires the entire team. Hence, keeping your workers and employees motivated and boosting their spirits is an essential factor of an incredible and efficient organization. 

If a company lacks any of the above factors, it might lose its credibility and productivity. You can only become competitive if you are open to discussion and deliberation of all your employees’ ideas and thoughts.
